Rich Baxter moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1974, after spending his first twelve years in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rich is a third-generation Realtor and learned the fundamentals of the real estate business around the dinner table. After opening and managing several Hilton Hampton Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in the 1980s, Rich joined Realty Executives in 1990 and began selling real estate in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. "Making the change was one of the best things that I ever did. I really enjoy what each day brings."

With nearly two decades of success in the business, Rich can offer useful insight into every aspect of luxury home sales. Rich regularly receives awards from Realty Executives based on sales production and is a member of the 100% Club, Executive Club and Diamond Club. Meet Julie Baxter
Julie is an Arizona native having been born in Phoenix and raised in Paradise Valley. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Julie began selling valley real estate in what were the tough times of the mid-1980s. "I feel like my career really benefited from starting off selling in a 14% interest rate environment. Having cut my teeth in those days, I really feel like there isn’t anything I can’t handle."

Rich’s Lucky Day
In early 1998, Rich bumped into an old friend from Scottsdale Saguaro High School. Standing in a supermarket checkout line Julie Gordon was with her father, who lived but two doors from Rich. The following week Rich and Julie were dating, and two years later they were married. Rich and Julie now work closely together in the real estate sales effort.

Rich and Julie reside with their Malty-Bichon, Lilly. In their spare time, Rich and Julie enjoy bike riding, dining, and spending time with nearby family and friends.
