Meet Rich Baxter
 

Rich Baxter moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1974, after spending his first twelve years in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rich is a third-generation Realtor and learned the fundamentals of the real estate business around the dinner table. 

After opening and managing Hampton Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in the 1980s, Rich joined Realty Executives in 1990 and began selling Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley real estate. Making the change was one of the best things that I ever did. It is a labor of love! 

Further rounding out his real estate resume, Rich began buying rental homes and apartment properties in the early 1990s. Rich can offer his first-hand insight into buying and selling residential income properties. Rich has helped clients buy and sell during good times and bad in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley. 

In early 1998, Rich bumped into an old friend from Scottsdale Saguaro High School. Standing in a supermarket checkout line Julie Gordon was with her father, who lives but two doors from Rich in The Village at Camelback Mountain. The following week Rich and Julie were dating, and two years later they were married. Rich and Julie now work closely together in the real estate sales effort. Julie is an Arizona native and has been licensed in real estate since 1983. 

Rich and Julie reside with their Malty-Bichon, Lilly, near the three-corner intersection of Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley. They love the area, being close to family, the bustle of the Camelback Corridor, the beauty of Paradise Valley and the recreation of the Scottsdale greenbelt. In their spare time, Rich and Julie just enjoy being together.
